Musical

“Hold” is dedicated to

Especially Sad Music Orchestra (Eriti Kurva Muusika Ansambel),

bethinking of the performance “Icecube of Love” (“Armastuse jääkuup”).

The director has been inspired by the traditions of the Estonian musical.

What is happening in the hold. Version 1

A sea. A pirate boat.

Hook-Handed, One-Eyed and Wooden-Legged

capture the Princesses and imprison them in the hold.

Obviously such a reckless act upsets the life of the pirates

who are after all gentle and content men.

There are mice in the darkness of the hold.

The Princesses are crying.

How can you live a decent life

when crying can be heard from the hold.

Something must be undertaken. And a move is made.

The Skipper falls in love.

His Other Self appears and says words of instruction.

On the deck rum flows down the throats

and the pirates decide to corner the townspeople.

What is happening in the hold. Version 2

The sea. Vagabond Princesses occupy a harmless pirate boat.
