Premiere at Von Krahl Theatre 14th September, 2013.

“Please open the curtains.” The final words of the play. These were also the last words of the playwright. “4.48 Psychosis” is the final letter to life and love by a person breaking under the strain of existence. The last blaze of light in a mind desolated by insanity. The last beats of a heart loved to bits and pieces.
Von Krahl‘ s version of “Psychosis” is played as an intimate monologue by actor Taavi Eelmaa.

It is the second part of director Juhan Ulfsak’s Sarah Kane tour de force of two interconnected productions performed in a row during one night: 19:00 “Cleansed” (90 minutes) and 21:00 “4.48 Psychosis” (45 minutes).

NB! The two performances form one art piece. For the complete Sarah Kane experience we recommend seeing both performances on the same evening.
The performances do not include subtitles, but a written introduction to the themes of the plays is available before the performance.
